We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
** Important, returns from abroad **
Upon returning the item. Please fill customs form correctly as a RETURN item.
If the customer fills out the customs form incorrectly, items will be returned to the sender.
We will not be liable for any inwards duty on returned products resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned - custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Those include custom-made Goods to Your specifications and personified items including items with name or initials embossed or clearly personalized). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 30-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kaseta.co.uk.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Lost Parcels
Contact us for a refund on lost parcels:
25 business days past the first due day for outside UK
10 business days past the first due day inside the UK
Wrong address, postal reject returns
If the parcel was returned to us due to incomplete, wrong address you supplied.
Or the parcel was rejected by you due to unpaid customs charges.
A refund will be issued if liable* just for the item price, no shipping cost will be refunded.
If free shipping was used at the time of purchase shipping cost will be deducted from the price of an item.
(*if an item is not customised eg. embossed initials or falls under no refunds category)
