I love mine! Making a big purchase like this is always difficult, not knowing which person to use is hard. I'd recommend them to anyone! My plushie turned out exactly like the drawing I sent as a reference (which is what I wanted), they communicated quickly, my plushie is so soft and it arrived even faster that I expected!
