We ordered the scrabble board but it was a little more rough around the edges than I expected and I did not realize that the tiles were plastic. I was expecting classic wood tiles. Ozan and WallBoardGames was VERY generous when I expressed my concerns and they took care of the situation immediately. They were easy to work with.

My grandsons love this game! One of the hooks was broken when it arrived but customer service was great! They sent not only new hooks but more rings and a gift of book-ends for our trouble.
