- Pre-treat the stains with a soft cloth or bristle brush soaked in warm soapy water.
- Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle.
- Iron, steam, or dry low heat only.
- Fluff pillow to reshape when assembling it back together.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry clean.

Our packaging options vary based on the product you receive. All creations are done in partnership with a printing provider and will come in a variety of packaging.

All of our handmade creations come in boxes and use recycled material for the inersts. This helps us to reduce the amount of waste we create. We still need to keep your creations safe during shipping. Therefore your package may include packaging material such as bubble wrap, air pillows, paper, or packing peanuts. We recommend reusing the materials as you see fit.

Our shipping carriers include: USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL.

We work side by side with designers to bring their creations to life. Each of our designs is carefully selected and sent to our printing provider who places it on beautiful pieces that you will love! If you are looking for something in particular please reach out to us! We would love to take a pattern you like and make you something else to match!

We understand that you want to receive your creation in a timely manner and we want to help meet that expectation. We use USPS to help us get your packages delivered on time. We confirm all shipping addresses provided prior to creating an order. If a shipping address cannot be located by USPS we will not be able to ship your item. Please review your Etsy messages if there is any issue with your shipping. If a response is not received within 24 hours your order will be canceled as we will be unable to ensure its delivery.

All of our creations are made to order at the time of order. We use a printing partner to help us make our creations therefore we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds. If there is a misprint with your creation or a size issue we can request a reprint. Only one reprint will be allowed per order. Refunds will not be given because an item is no longer wanted once received. Please read all product details before purchasing.

Very cute! Exactly what I needed to add a little color and whimsy. They are printed, not embroidered (just FYI) but still look great! They are starting to pill a little now but I have a fabric shaver for that so I’m a happy customer.
