I can cancel the order due to the reasons:
1. If I wrote typographical mistakes in the weight of gold and price with discounts in the descriptions;
2. If buyer wrote unethical emails, rude language, bad emotional language in emails on Etsy
3. If buyer does not know size/measurements exactly after purchase and do not agree to make exactly buyer's size for gold jewelry
4. If buyer is with many accounts and with different names on Etsy &buyer wrote rude emais
5. If buyer does not agree to read my shop's policies,FAQs, descriptions in the orders(it is required in ETSY Policies)
6. If I reported about buyer to Etsy earlier, if I asked buyer not to write to me again.& this buyer made purchase again without my agreement for purchase in email

I don't accept Returns & Cancellations because all gold jewelry is CUSTOM, Made To Order. If you will want to exchange jewelry after delivery, read Shop's Policies, write in 3 days of delivery. I always send Instructions. Buyer will be required to do Instructions. If buyer will not do Instructions: exchange will not be possible. Exchange will not include more gold & money expenses, shipping, or insurance. Gold jewelry must be sent in original condition with papers & parcel box. In the EU, Tax VAT on Import parcels can be applied. I give gold jewelry for Latvian state expertise of hallmark & weight. Exchange is with order on Etsy

I make very large attention to hallmarks in gold jewelry.
The Latvian state hallmarks for gold jewelry in my country: hallmark 999 is 24k gold, hallmark 916 is 22k gold. Hallmarks are done in places that are not scratched with wearing. Latvian state hallmarks are done in The Assay Office of Latvia.
I always use 9999 gold for 24k jewelry without other metals.
I make 92.5% gold alloys for 22k gold with the best quality.
I always give the gold jewelry to The Assay Office of Latvia for hallmarks and weights with their papers ( inside parcels). I DO NOT stamp hallmarks on gold jewelry. I trade with international laws for handmade gold jewelry. If I am in another country - I give jewelry for State hallmarks to The Assay Office of this country

1. Shipping via UPS Express is with 450 EUR (500 USD) of insurance & with Tracking Numbers. I can write smaller Declared value on parcel in shipping papers if you want.

& I make high-quality gold alloy for 22k gold jewelry. I put more gold and I make the hallmark of gold 925, I use gold solders 930-950 for 22k gold jewelry.
The color of 22k gold is the usual yellow gold color for 22k gold in many countries. The color of yellow 22k gold is very beautiful it is very close to the color of 24k gold.
And beautiful 22k gold is always slightly bit lighter than 24k 9999 gold. The gold color of 22k gold is always not equal to the naturally rich yellow color of 24k 9999 gold.

I make the biggest hardness of 24k gold & 22k gold for very durable gold jewelry. And wonderful shiny hammered surfaces are excellent for long-time wearing. You will need to care about your high-karat gold jewelry as usual for gold jewelry.
& Do not wear your gold jewelry, rings and bracelets, and chains while you make hard work with your hands - for example, work with garden tools, or take the big weight with bag...etc.

& if I use gold solders with smaller hallmarks than 24k gold - then The Assay Office of Latvia makes hallmark only 916 according to laws.
