Very disappointing! Unfortunately, the shoes are completely different to what was expected. Very poor quality, as there were creases in the front when trying them on. The material is also completely different to that described. The heel and the bow look completely different to the photo. The customer service was only friendly until it was time to order. When it came to returns, they didn't always get back to me. A return is not possible, on the grounds that the shoes have already been tried on, which I am not allowed to do. The delivery took a few months longer than stated, but that was apparently due to the delivery. It is really not recommended.

Sehr enttäuschend! Die Schuhe sind leider ganz anders als erwartet. Sehr schlechte Qualität, da bereits beim Anprobieren vorne Knicke drin sind. Ist auch ein ganz anderes Material wie beschrieben. Der Absatz und die Schleife sehen ganz anders aus, wie auf dem Foto. Der Kundenservice war nur so lange freundlich, bis es ums Bestellen ging. Als es um die Retoure ging, haben sie sich nicht immer zurück gemeldet. Eine Retoure ist nicht möglich, mit der Begründung, dass die Schuhe schon anprobiert wurden, was ich nicht machen dürfte. Der Versand hat paar Monate länger als angegeben wurde gedauert, da lag es aber angeblich an der Versand. Es ist wirklich keine Empfehlung.
