Product has still not arrived almost 10 days after the latest due date

After two months it still didn't arrive when scheduled after being marked shipped and no tracking given. The store has no reviews for this item and I know they sold dozens since my daughter was checking availability constantly even after I bought it (she didn't know). I messaged them yesterday asking for tracking and they were all "we're shipping it now and will provide tracking." Nah, should have already done that. Opened a case with an immediate refund given. The reason given for cancellation is "seller can't complete transaction." Sus way to do things.
