The printing did not fit the Stanley quencher. Was too small to use.

Hi sorry to hear this. This file should work for 40oz quencher. I have had 2 different intenses where there was an issue with the fit, for both the slicer had changed some numbers before the print. Please p.m me an address and I'll send you a new file, and we will confirm the numbers before you print. Thank you.
