Spectacular One Of the Most Important Circa 1897-1902 Imperial 14K Gold Diamonds Red Enamel Clover Shamrock Easter Ostara Egg Pendant Charm 🍀 Marked on loop (not bale) however not clearly legible. Weighs approximately 2 grams. Approximate height including loop but excluding bale is 1.82 cm (11.4/16 of an inch), and approximately 1.16 cm (7.3/16 of an inch) at its widest section. Approximate height including bale fully extended 2.2 cm (13.5/16 of an inch). Last two images for reference only (NOT INCLUDED IN SALE) to illustrate my favorite princess and one of their most beautiful Imperial Clover Eggs, one of my favorites, how about you? There is a green enamel virgin of this most beautiful clover egg that has been documented to be an Imperial egg charm circa 1900, how-ever I prefer the red since a clover resembles four attached hearts and red being the color of passion as well as historically associated with the (Rvss) where their name is derived from the Rvss, Rvss for red which in turn is derived from the red headed Swedish Vikings who migrated east and some say Rvss is a type of red-orange colored fish, which also supposedly became associated with the term for rower since Vikings rowed their long boats up and down the rivers and everywhere else ! The motives are exceptional, the best I have yet encountered, two four petal clovers, with each petal resembling a heart, on four sides with an additional four petal clover on the bottom making it altogether 9 clovers comprising of 36 heart shaped petals with a partial clover, the edges on the top. A tiny old mine diamond on one of the four petals for a total of 9 tiny old mine cut diamonds, incredible ! No ?! Think about how small this masterpiece is and to fit So much to make it as complete as one of their larger eggs yet one you can easily wear and admire in the palm of your hand ! Truly miniature art at its best ! Diamonds represent eternity, red hearts represent love and passion clovers represent luck and the trinity, so what a spectacular and charming Imperial Easter Egg representing eternal luck in eternal passion in communion with our divine creator !
