When shipping to the EU or the UK we will most likely fulfil with Latvia or Spain. This way we get to take care of you, and the planet we all share. REPORTING A PROBLEM
As a small business, all our products are made to order, so we are keen that you are completely happy with the size and look of your products before purchasing them. However we will of course accept returns for up to 2 weeks from you receiving your order. In this case, please contact us initially via Etsy and include a detailed description of the problem with your order number. In the case of misprinted/damaged/defective items please include relevant photos in order to arrange an exchange. We may require a photo submission with your problem report to begin a reshipment.
