A gentle, wild crafted dandelion, calendula, and elderflower infused facial cream with ferulic acid and ceramide complex to moisturize the skin and protect against the damage caused by sun exposure.

Dandelion leaf and flower extracts have been proven effective as protection against the degradation of UVB radiation from sun exposure.

Ferulic acid is a powerful antioxidant and anti-aging agent which acts as a synergistic with other antioxidants such as vitamin C and E. Ferulic acid has been shown to neutralize several damaging free radicals such as superoxide, hydroxyl radical and nitric oxide and prevent damages to skin cells caused by ultraviolet light.

Plant based ceramide complex helps to improve the appearance of aged skin with deeply moisturizing effects and the supply of ceramides (skin-identical lipids) while restoring and supporting the protective barrier function of the skin.

I'm fairly certain this is my second review of Dandelion, I bought it first for myself and then gave it as a gift to my mother, whom is absolutely in love with it. She isn't one for self-care and so as a treat to her, i keep her stocked with Dandelion (sometimes she goes a while without it, whilst I'm waiting for a restock and it is always such a joy to see her face when the box arrives once again.) The scent is like summer, but there is a nostalgia there..it's like the summers of your childhood. My mom says it reminds her of her own mother, which is just such a gift as she's no longer with us. Thank you, Kristen, for making this beautiful product.
