If you chose standard untracked shipping (the cheapest option) it can take quite a while to arrive to international customers. The max it can take is 12 weeks (int) or 9 weeks Europe and I ask those to contact me after 12 weeks (int) or 9 weeks (Europe) have passed if you haven’t received your order and we can see what we can do for you

There are 3 Grade variants I sell in my shop.

✨First -These are great looking pins but small imperfections can happen and metal scratches are un avoidable according to the manufacturer so firsts will sometimes have metal scratches but this is standard for every pin.

✨Seconds- These are slightly cheaper than the other pins because they may have imperfections such as bumps, missing enamel, missing metal and some other slight imperfections. I believe these marks still don't take away the beauty of the pin

✨Thirds- These have imperfections as above but are more noticeable hence the pin being very cheap

If you are a pin collector who likes perfect pins I recommend messaging me first before buying

If the necklace has come off the main loop from the pendant then you can re attach with some pliers by carefully opening the hoop and threading the necklace through and re closing it.

If the clasp is broken or a chain link has broken please message me with photos and I can replace this for you


IF THE COGS OF THE CLOCKWORK NECKLACE BREAK

These can be soldered on if you have the equipment if this is not possible for you then please do message me as I can replace any damaged ones up to 2 months of receiving the item

If the tracking has left your country and is now no longer updated please contact your local post office as i'm afraid Im unable to contact them directly. I can only contact Royal Mail UK from my side if the order stopped moving in the UK.

I can no longer ship to the countries stated below due to the new laws that have been put in place regarding packaging so all order that are addressed to these countries will be refunded. So sorry for any inconvenience.

If your bookmark arrived damaged please send me a photo of the damaged item. We can then either refund you the cost of the item or re send but I do ask the customer to cover the cost of shipping again please.
