For rush orders, we do our best to print and ship within 5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as there may be delays in the customs process in the destination country.

For the design to be exactly as you want and the process to progress quickly;

1. Select the RSVP and/or Details Card design number you want from the “RSVP” and "Details" image in the Listing images. (If you want to purchase)

3. Write the information requested in the Personalization section or via e-mail in this order;

🤔 What does "proof" mean?

➡️ A proof is a crucial part of the invitation process. It is a digital representation of how your invitation will appear when engraved. At our shop, we offer proofing in two ways. You can see it by purchasing a digital or physical sample.

1- Digital preview: A prepress, layout design available for purchase as a digital image.
2- Sample: Physical sample purchasing before placing bulk orders.

Proofing your invitation is essential because during this stage, any information can still be changed and edited. It ensures that your invitation will be exactly how you envision it before finalizing the engraving process.
If you have already placed the order, the digital preview will be sent free of charge.

🤔 Can I order invitations in languages other than English?

➡️ Absolutely! You can order invitations in any language you prefer, such as Spanish, Arabic, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, etc. This service is free; however, we do require you to provide us with the wording before or after placing the order. You also agree to take responsibility for any mistakes, so we recommend checking your wording thoroughly before submitting it to us. Please note that some letters may display incorrectly if we don't have specific fonts for certain foreign languages. To avoid any confusion, you can provide us with the font in your language in a TTF file.

➡️ You have the freedom to customize various elements of your invitation design, including Monogram, Greeting, Text, Font, Spacing, RSVP, and style. Additionally, you can use your own design monogram. In short, we can change everything according to your preferences.

🤔 May I use my own wording for the invitations?

➡️ Certainly! We will engrave whatever wording you provide us, and the pricing includes this service.

🤔 How many invites should I order?

➡️ For example, if your guest list is 200 and your spreadsheet indicates you need to order 100, we recommend adding an extra cushion of 10% to cover any emergencies. In this case, you should order 110 wedding invitations. Having that extra 10% could be a lifesaver!

🤔 How much does shipping cost?

➡️ Shipping is free to destinations in North America and Europe. For other destinations like Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, etc., shipping prices may vary.

🤔 What is your cancellation policy?

➡️ We offer a no-fee cancellation for any order that has not entered the production phase yet. Unfortunately, orders that have already gone into production cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us, and we will assist you.

➡️ Absolutely! You can order even just one piece. However, please note that as the order quantity decreases, the unit price will increase.
