Custom and personalized orders

Simple Personalization (i.e., Names, dates, etc.) are free on almost all products! Some items can’t be customized because they are automatically sent in for printing and shipping immediately after ordering. Please ask if you’re not sure! I will send you a draft or proof of what your product will look like AFTER you purchase the item and UPON REQUEST. Keep in mind that providing a draft for your approval or making more than one edit will delay the processing and shipping time. No worries: I will not send an order in until I get your approval! Mugs are printed on both sides unless they are personalized.

When will I receive my order?

After hitting "submit" - your order is placed. Orders are processed within 24 hours in the order they are received. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Saturday only. Generally, customers receive their order in 7 business days or less depending where you are in the country. During Nov-Dec, processing, shipping and delivery times may be longer due to higher volume of orders, poor weather, and delays by the post office. If, by chance, you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

I accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. This does not apply to items that are automatically sent in for printing and shipping immediately after you order. See descriptions in each listing to see if an item can be cancelled and refunded. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I’m not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Yes, we offer USPS priority mail for some products in the United States only. Please note that there is an added cost on top of the regular shipping charge. We also offer UPS 3 Day Select, UPS SecondDay Airmail, and UPS NextDay Airmail for several products. Please note that choosing upgraded shipping does not speed up the processing time, just the delivery time. However, as a courtesy, I will immediately send in orders for printing where upgraded shipping has been purchased. The processing times will be longer during holidays, so please plan accordingly! Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.

Can I add expedited shipping after I place my order?

Sorry no, however there are several options at checkout for upgraded shipping for the following items ONLY: all mugs, tumblers, shot glasses, candles, and ornaments.

Where do I send my photo?

If your order requires a photo, you can either email it to cjpinternz@hotmail.com or send it here on messages by simply attaching it. For photos on mugs, a photo that is longer than it is wide will look the best. Please send a clear photo. I will change the DPI to 300 but if photos are blurry or grainy to begin with, they won’t turn out well on the mug.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular or standard shipping. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and not me. The delivery date also depends on where you are located, and they may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out of stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are not accepted for this particular item as it is automatically sent in for printing and shipping immediately after you order. Due to the made to order nature of this item and limited warehouse space, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your mug arrives damaged or defective in any way, I will replace the item for free. I'm sorry but I do not give refunds.
