Custom sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees will usually have four embroidery positions:
➤On the chest: Left chest (above the heart), right chest, middle chest.
➤On the sleeve: Left sleeve or right sleeve (you can customize both, one side is free).
➤On the back of the shirt: In the middle.
➤In the hood for hoodies.
If you want to embroider any of these positions, please place an order and let us know in the Personalized box or via an Etsy message.
Embroidery thread color and embroidery icon: You can flexibly choose the color of the embroidery thread or embroidery icon. If a specific color or icon is not available, you can send it to us via a message.

➤ In case of any change after purchase, feel free to messenger us at Etsy seller through the "Meet your sellers" message, we will update it for you if the shirt did not embroider yet.
➤ Some frequently asked questions will help you during and after the ordering process.
➤ Messages are free. We are always ready to answer your questions.
➤ For return orders:
Only receive wrong embroidery, embroidery error, wrong size due to our store.
- Just need the embroidery order missing some parts, wrong shirt design (10% -50%)
When the design is done but you still want to cancel (70% refund)
- In case you provide the wrong shipping address: We will charge a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the shipping fee for the order (the value of the label we buy)
- The order has a design but want to change it: please help me pay an additional $10 for the new design.
Because all designs have a fee to buy.
- For embroidery on the sleeve: I only embroider one sleeve, if you want to embroider both sides, please pay me $10.
- Design implementation time: 1-3 days
