Commissioned prints must not be based on images with copyrights or trademarks. ST Print may ask permission in writing to sell editioned prints from your commissioned image. Commissions and custom orders may take longer to ship since they must undergo creation and processing once your order is placed.

Most of my prints are sized to fit a standard 5" x 7" inch-windowed mat. Due to variations between different suppliers measurements, as well as the handmade nature of these prints, the image area of the print you receive may fit slightly within your own mat's window or exceed it.

That being said, most of my pre-cut mat windows are sized slightly smaller than the image area in order to hide borders. You can typically expect a window size of 4.5" x 6.5". Edition details are always written below the image area, and typically occupy about 1/4" to 1/2" of the mat's windowed opening. If desired, you can re-position the paper within the mat by carefully peeling off the strip of tape on the backing and replacing it once satisfied.

Inks:
I print using Caligo Safewash Inks. I've previously communicated with Cranfield (the manufacturer), who ensured me that these inks are of an archival quality. That being said, always avoid leaving any unprotected artwork in direct sunlight for extended periods of time in order to avoid fading.

Papers:
I typically use either Stonehenge 90lb or Arnhem 90lb, which are comprised of 100% cotton and are both acid free.

Mats:
I source pre-cut mats in bulk in order to keep costs reasonable for both ST PRINT, and the customer. I only ever purchase mats with an acid free description in order to extend longevity of the artwork. However, not all "acid-free" materials are necessarily "archival" quality.

ST Print values selling directly, affordably, and transparently to print enthusiasts . As such, we offer untracked but free domestic (Canadian) shipping by default on individually purchased prints. Our prints ship pre-matted in a stay-flat mailer for additional sturdiness.

Domestic upgrades:
For additional peace of mind, we do offer an upgrade to Canada Post's expedited/tracked shipping during checkout. The charge is $5.00, and we'll cover the rest.

International:
ST Print currently offers $5 -$6 tracked shipping by default to the following countries outside of Canada: United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and France. Customers in all other countries will be charged $10 for Canada Post's Small Packet service.
