For orders outside of the UK we use Royal Mail's International Tracked service, this provides full tracking and online delivery confirmation.
Please note that when you order your order will say "Royal Mail International Tracked and signed" on your order, however we use a tracked only service. Etsy does not give a lot of names to choose from for sellers when they are creating there shipping prices for customers. We have chosen a tracked only service because it is alot cheaper for customers and still provides full tracking and delivery confirmation

For UK orders we use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service (2 working day delivery aim) which is free, and customers can also upgrade to Royal Mails Tracked 24 service (1 working day delivery aim) which costs between £2.75-£3.46 depending on the size of the item you have ordered.

There is also the option to upgrade your shipping to a next day service at checkout using Royal Mails Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm service (guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm).
