Book is spiral bound and contains 75 sheets (150 pages) of paper. Pages are approx 7.25 in x 5.5 in. Paper is a nice weight at 32 lb which allows for use of both sides of the paper. Notebook is divided into 3 sections with coordinating patterned paper dividers.
