Method 1:
- Send your Handwriting, Drawing and Fingerprint image by contacting us through our Etsy shop or directly from your order receipt in your purchase history.
- Simply attach and send the image(s) in the message thread.

Method 2:
- An email attachment with the file can also be sent to our email address at demojewelryshop@gmail.com.
- To help speed up the process: Contact us at the email address you used to log in to your Etsy account and include your order number in the subject line so we can link the images to your order

More tips:
- Images can be sent before or after your order is placed
- We accept most file types - JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF files are preferred.

- Since every custom text, handwriting and illustration is unique for each order, we usually do not have specific design or character limits

- We can cut out unwanted text surrounding handwriting and even take words and letters and create emoticons with them. We can also combine multiple handwriting images for a single piece of jewelry.

Feel free to send us your artwork/personalization request via email or message to our shop on Etsy before ordering. We can let you know if it will work on your jewelry or if we suggest adjustments for best results

- We accept designs in ANY language, writing style (handwriting, signature, print, etc.) or drawing

- PENDANTS : All lengths are measured in inches and include CHARM + CHAIN assembled to be equal to the length of your choice. Our necklaces come with a 1" extension chain so you can also adjust the desired size yourself.

- BRACELETS : For a comfortable fit, our bracelets are shipped in a standard size of approximately 6.5 +1 inch to fit each person's wrist. Our chain bracelets come with a 1 inch extension piece so the fit can be adjusted even more easily.

- RINGS : We manufacture all of our rings according to standard US measurements. We recommend having your fingers measured for the most accurate fit. You can visit a local jeweler to get your desired finger size, or you can measure with a physical ring gauge available for purchase.

- All our pieces are carefully handmade and worth the wait. Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up transit times and our process and workshop below does not speed up our production times:

- Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If ordered with custom-made items, they will also ship within our processing time of 1-3 days
(for US Orders only).

- Custom made items are made to order and are processed and shipped within 1-3 days. A "made to order" item is written in the description section of our listings.

All our products are made of 925 sterling silver. Our gold products are made with 18k gold and rose gold plating on 925 sterling silver. We do not use nickel in our silver, so our jewelry is safe for most sensitive skin and you can use it as you wish.

For the best care of your jewelry, we recommend taking it off when it is about to come into contact with water (shower, swimming, hand washing, etc.) (If it comes into contact with water, we recommend wiping it with a dry cloth such as a dry glasses cloth). When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing it in an airtight place such as the DemoJewelryShop gift box provided with each product.
