I grew up with a European Goldfinch. When I saw this I had to have it. Beautiful. The paper is very thin and dark like parchment paper. Hopefully it will stand the time. Also measurement is not accurate. It is not 8X10, it doesn’t fit a 8x10 standard frame. It is 8 1/2X12. Beautiful drawing though

It's worth noting that the listing specifies the artwork is created on craft paper. I opted for this material because I admire how oil pastel strokes appear on it. As for the size, I purposely kept it slightly larger (8 1/2X12) to provide flexibility for framing. You can easily trim it down to fit your 8x10 standard frame. I'm glad you find the drawing beautiful despite these considerations. Your satisfaction means a lot to me!
