We no longer ship to Mexico or Saudi Arabia. Our apologies to customers in these countries, but we must regretfully decline your business due to several past losses.

Deutsche Post is typically reliable, efficient, and offers very competitive pricing. In addition, DHL's GoGreen climate neutral service offsets emissions (more below).

We understand that it's not always possible to buy locally, and we want to help you feel better about your choice to purchase online. Purchasing a vintage item keeps it out of landfills and means that less resources will be used in the production of a new item, many of which would have been of inferior quality.

When packing your order, we reuse clean & appropriate packing materials and supplement these with earth-friendly, biodegradable products when possible. Our enclosure notes are printed on recycled paper, and we use a thermal printer. Lastly, DHL Germany - our chosen provider - offsets emissions with their GoGreen climate neutral service, which affects 80% of our packages sent internationally. We're not perfect, but we're trying!

Vintage items are those which show the best and most typical characteristics of an era or product. They are usually of high quality and lasting value - more so than their modern counterparts - and are at least 20 years old.

The vintage and antique products in my shop have normally been "pre-loved", therefore wear which is commensurate with age and use should be expected. Any major defects will be noted in the description. Photos can and should be enlarged by the customer to show detail. If you have questions regarding the condition, usage, or exact dimensions of any item, please ask.

Props are often presented in photos to indicate use and/or scale but are not part of the sale.

After several negative experiences, we are no longer holding items without a deposit of a minimum of 25% of the cost of the item, which is applied toward your order. The period of the hold cannot exceed 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will expire 30 days from date of payment. Holds are granted only at our discretion.

We will accept incremental partial payments only at our discretion. The total purchase must exceed €100 in order to qualify. Payments must be made regularly as agreed, or all partial payments will be forfeit. Please contact us to discuss, and be prepared to make an immediate first payment of at least 25% of the total, including shipping costs.

We accept wholesale / resale and large custom orders at our sole discretion. There will be a €25 fee assessed at the beginning of the consultation, which can be applied to your order. Consultation fees are otherwise non-refundable and expire in one year from date of payment.
