Being a seller on Etsy, Always doing the right thing is always a MUST. Advertising the wrong thing not mentioning that you are selling a (FAUX) fake item is terrible. An SVG file( pictures of images) is terrible. When customers reach out to you to discuss this and you are not helpful in the matter stating inaccuracies you as the owner should do the right thing. NO MATTER what if a customer is dissatisfied, I always refund the customer back. I am sorry that your business is not one of those.

I'm sorry. I recommend as a buyer if you are unsure of what is being offered perhaps you should message the seller first before purchasing. Etsy does not allow refunds for digital files.
