I’m pretty sure that the pearls were real, and the package was beautiful, but the pearls were just hot glued onto the earrings so one of them is already broken before I even got a chance to wear them. Additionally I think the other pearl might be damaged as it has a strange mark.

Thank you for your feedback. I must clarify that I do not use hot glue in any part of my jewelry-making process. PEARL CANNOT BE ATTACHED TO METAL THAT WAY. I’ve tested every professional jewelry adhesives available to ensure a strong, lasting hold. In my tests, the pearl does not come off, even with force. This issue is extremely rare — I’ve sold many earrings made the same way. The order was delivered May 27, but the review came six weeks later on July 5, with the claim the earrings were never worn. I take my work seriously and always offer returns or exchanges. What’s most disappointing is not being given the chance to resolve the issue. As the maker, I care deeply about both the product and the person receiving it — more, perhaps, than this review reflects.
