RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING:
All Items, including free shipping, are shipped using USPS 1st class mail, unless paid for upgrade. Please verify your address. We will not be responsible for late or undelivered item(s). You can see the approximate delivery time at the checkout. Any delay caused by the mail carrier or customs is not very frequent and is beyond our control.

This is a special occasion item, and your return will be denied if following guidelines are not met. All returns must include a return approval, be postmarked of their respective dates, and notified us of the tracking numbers. If you changed your mind, contact us within 3 days of the delivery and send it back within 7 days. For damaged or wrong items, which should not have been tried or worn, contact us with a photo within 2 days and return your item within 3 days. Send items back in its original packaging, properly packed. No refunds for items just thrown in the package and damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was made by us. Free shipped items have cost us to ship, which will be deducted from the final refund. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

In rare cases the shipping carriers may miss updating the tracking info. If you do not receive your item, we need to be notified within 10 days for Domestic or 30 days for international to be considered for any kind of refund or replacement.
