How do I access my digital download after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an instant download of a PDF containing a link to access your prints. In case you miss this, you can always find your file in the 'Purchases and Reviews' section of your profile, located in the 'Your Account' dropdown menu. Simply click 'Download Files' next to your order. http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases You can download the files as many times as you like, the link does not expire. However, it is advisable to download and save your files to your device shortly after making your purchase. Please note that if your payment is still processing, the 'Download Files' button will appear greyed out. If you have any other difficulties downloading your files, please reach out!

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you can't find it in your email check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, search for transaction@etsy.com and adding it to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact us directly to discuss how we can send you your files.

I’m having trouble downloading my files.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed, clear your cookies, and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact me through Etsy Messages for the direct link to your file.

What are my printing options?

Each purchase is accompanied by a comprehensive PDF guide titled 'A Step by Step Guide.' This document offers detailed instructions, including file format specifications, guidelines for achieving the best print quality, recommended print sizes, paper suggestions, instructions for both at-home and professional printing services, as well as places to find great deals on frames. You can find this file located with your print files in the Google Drive linked to you post-purchase. Note: Some of these recommendations are based on options available in the US. If you are outside the US, and still need recommendations, please reach out! I will help to find ideal solutions.

What is your refund policy for digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you are not happy with your print file, and would like your print customized by size, orientation, color, or wording, please reach out to us. We are happy to work with you!
