Currently shipping is only available for USA and Canada because of various complications due to constantly changing USPS restrictions and different VAT requirements. Thank you for understanding. Can buttons washing machine and dryer?

Acrylic: It is not recommended to put delicate buttons or those with a sharper design in a washing machine. Gently hand wash in cold water and lay flat or line dry. For other buttons they should be fine in a cold cycle, to protect the button surface consider buttoning garment and flipping inside out. While the buttons should be okay on a low tumble dry, it is recommended to line or lay flat to dry to protect the longevity of the buttons. Do not put buttons near high heat as it is a type 7 thermal plastic. Plywood: It is best to remove buttons before washing to preserve engraving and not warping the plywood with water as it is an mfd core. Buttons should not be put in a dryer.

Can I contact you, if I want to request a slight alteration to an item?

Absolutely! Please contact me BEFORE CHECKOUT if you would like to inquire about a different color of acrylic (within reason) or size, as it may be priced differently and come with an extra custom print fee. And if you have any other questions of the sort, please still ask, it may be possible to fill that request for you.

Can you change the sizes of items?

It depends on the item, please contact me so I can help you.

Do you take on custom design orders?

Currently I’m not taking on any custom design requests, trying to balance made to order items and custom design requests is currently too difficult, however, please contact me with what you are looking for as I may eventually make it and put in the store! If you are contacting me because of a the custom order I did for acrylic cutouts used for reusable price tags for shows and cons, it is possible for me to do the occasional custom request. HOWEVER, you need to be able to respond to me quickly about what you are looking for and contact me AT LEAST 1 month in advance! DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT MASS PRINTING OF ITEMS WITH YOUR LOGO OR BUSINESS NAME ON IT. There are plenty of businesses/manufacturers that offer this for people, I am not one!

If I buy a lot of an item, will you reduce the price?

No, I am only one individual making handmade items. I am not sending out any items to be factory made and am not a wholesaler. Prices are set because of labor and material costs.

Can I buy individual buttons or individual button colors?

No, buttons come in sets depending on the description. If I allowed this, it would mess up keeping track of what I have available in stock and I would have to spend extra time/labor replacing missing stock. However, if you want to ask me about buying a custom order of buttons, please feel free to contact me so I can assist you. I will charge the retail cost of said buttons plus an additional custom print fee of $10 per color or shape change so keep that in mind when if you want to order small quantities in many colors. If you contact me, please be specific. I need to know what button shape, what size, what color (I am happy to send you photos of available colors, but I need something to narrow it down), and EXACTLY how many (not a range).

How do I find out the size of products?

All dimensions and other information are listed in the “item details”or description "read more" section of each listing. Always read this section before you purchase buttons, especially if you are replacing buttons on an existing garment. Need help? contact me, I will be happy to answer your questions.

This mixed koi button set is great for decorative crafts on pockets, quilts and other projects!

This 6 button set is graphically designed and cut using a laser on 1/8” thick acrylic, each a different color acrylic.

Each button is approximately 1” x 3/4”

Sets include 1 white, 1 orange, 1 black, 1 calico, 1 carmallow and 1 lux cream/yellow

All buttons are made with sewing holes, no shank buttons.

Many materials like acrylic sheeting are cast in a way where micro fractures, scratches or air bubbles can happen. While I do my best to avoid larger imperfections on items, sometimes it's impossible and would be too expensive to consider it unsellable and would also raise the prices of the items that did not have this. If a minor unavoidable cosmetic mark is present, does not affect the durability or overall appearance, I do not consider it a defect and will not accept returns or replacements of an item.

Due to the unique shape of some buttons, some measurements are an approximation. If you have more questions about an item, please do not hesitate to contact me.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT BUTTON COLORS AND SETS:
I do not separate button color sets or sell buttons individually because that would alter my inventory and I would have to spend additional labor time making the replacements to the sets that were separated. (You wouldn't walk into a craft store and rip off buttons from several cards and ask if you could buy those individual buttons, would you? Please treat me and my work with the same respect as any storefront)
If you are looking for a different color or several colors in one set as a one time purchase, then I will charge a $10 custom/color change fee for the extra labor in addition to the button price.
If there is a request for future items that you would like to see in the shop, I am always open to suggestions.

Important!
Some buttons are fragile (with smaller appendages) or are made out of a porous material like plywood; these should not be washed in a washing machine.
For less fragile buttons, hand wash or gentle cycle with cold water with garment flipped inside out is recommended. Acrylic is a thermal plastic, do not put buttons in a dryer; hang or lay flat garments to dry.

Opaque white, ivory and red acrylic may vary slightly in tone/opacity due to what material is available from different acrylic manufacturers.
