Custom and personalized orders

We are more than happy to help you get a special piece of jewelry just how you like it! Please send a convo through Etsy to start the process. Turn around time for custom orders is 1-2 weeks (could be longer if supplies need to be ordered) + shipping time. Please remember that all of the hand painted bracelets and necklaces are made to order and may also take the same turn around time. Custom orders need to be paid for before any pieces are made and before any supplies are purchased (if needed).

Is the jewelry safe for children?

Yes! The paint used is acrylic and non-toxic. Please ALWAYS supervise your little ones while wearing our bracelets as they do contain small beads and parts! They are made with strong elastic cord and are made to withstand a lot of wear and tear, but accidents do happen! TRsTidbitsnTreasures is not responsible for ANY problems that may occur!

What if an order is returned to TRsTidbitsnTreasures?

If an order is returned to the shop owner a message will be sent via Etsy convo. The purchaser will be responsible for paying a $3 fee (paid through a PayPal invoice) to have the order re-sent. This will pay for the new shipping cost to the USPS and additional packaging fees. If you need the order shipped to a different address please let us know.
