UV DTF (UV Direct-to-Film) is an advanced printing technology that combines direct-to-film (DTF) and UV curing methods. In this process, designs are first printed onto a special film using UV inks, which are then cured instantly with ultraviolet light rather than heat. This results in prints that are vibrant, durable, and resistant to fading and scratching. UV DTF is versatile, allowing for high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, including both porous and non-porous surfaces. Its quick-drying capabilities and superior color reproduction make it ideal for custom products, signage, and promotional items.

----- How To Order -----
1) Choose your preferred sheet size and quantity.
2) In the personalization box, enter the size (width" x height") in which you want your artwork to be printed in (please note that this size must fit within you chosen sheet size).
3) Click "Add to cart" and "Proceed to checkout."
4) For multiple artworks, you may select one of our gang sheet options.
5) Send your artwork file via Etsy messages or email to "info@alphaprints.ca" with your Etsy order number.

DIGITAL ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
1) Please send your artwork file in PNG format with a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Higher dpi is recommended for increased color vibrancy and definition.
2) Please set your artwork background as you would like to have it printed. If you don't wish to have a background, ensure files are sent with a transparent background. If you are unable to remove the background yourself, please add "Background Removal" to the cart.
3) Ensure that your artwork is sent in the size you wish to have it printed, otherwise we will scale it accordingly to the size you entered in the personalization box.
4) Do not mirror your artwork.
5) Files are to be submitted in CMYK color mode.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the Transfer Surface: Clean the surface where you plan to transfer the design to ensure it's free of dust, oil, and moisture.
2. Position the Design: Carefully position the gang sheet onto the transfer surface. Use tools like a squeegee or transfer tape to smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles.
3. Remove the Film: Once the transfer is complete and cooled, carefully peel away the gang sheet from the surface. Ensure the design has adhered properly and make any necessary touch-ups.
4. Inspect the Final Product: Check the transferred design for quality and adhesion. Ensure that there are no imperfections and that the print is securely applied.

Tips | Suggestions
1. Clean Up: Clean any residual adhesive from your workspace and equipment.
2. Store Properly: Store any unused gang sheets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. Our shipping partners include UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. "Single Order will ship via Canada Post's regular mail", Orders with 2 or more will be shipped using standard ground shipping with tracking included. Shipping and delivery will take an additional 1-5 business days depending on shipping location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our DTF heat transfer sheets are custom printed to order; we do not accept returns or exchanges. For quality issues regarding our product, please contact us and you may be eligible to receive a replacement order or a partial refund/store credit.
