How do I access my instant downloads?

All instant downloads can be accessed from your Etsy account page → https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please make sure that you are: ▪ logged in to your Etsy account, and ▪ downloading from a desktop or laptop computer We do not encourage you to download your files using a mobile device or a tablet. For printable designs, downloading your files on a mobile device or tablet may reduce the quality and resolution of the files which would result in poor print quality.

Do I need to download fonts?

For instant downloads and templates, there is NO need to install any fonts. What you see in the sample images will be what you get.

Do you offer printing services?

Currently, we do not offer printing services, but you can take them to a local printing shop to have them print for you. All of our products are digital, in either JPG or PDF format. Here are your printing options: → Upload to an online printing service such as FedEx Office, or → Save on a thumb drive and bring it to a local print shop, or → Print at home, if the size is suitable.

What paper do I use to print?

We highly recommend using bright white cardstock paper.

Unfortunately no, you're not able to edit your PDF template. Adjustments to the designs for instant downloads are available on a case-by-case basis and involves an additional fee. Please message me and provide details of what you require.

Do you accept refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the templates, after you purchase a printable, it’s not possible to cancel, return or exchange the template. We are more than willing to help. Please contact us with any issues/questions.

Can I edit my PDF templates?

All designs are created with 300 DPI resolution quality. We are not responsible for any printer setting issues you may have. If you are having printing setting quality issues we recommend you take it to a printing shop.

PRINTING YOUR FILE
1. For PDF files, open the PDF in Acrobat Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader).
2. Print on your home printer or bring to your favorite print shop such as Staples or Office Depot.
3. Trim/cut using scissors, craft knife or paper trimmer along indicated crop marks. Some designs may need assembling.

Printing Tips/Reminders:
• For best results, print on bright-white cardstock paper or photo paper and set your print quality to High or Photo Quality. Print as many as you need!
• Make sure your print settings are set to print at actual size or 100%.
• Please note on-screen colors may vary from the printed product, as monitors and printers process colors differently.
• Please note PDFs are not editable.
