This Season Tickets Tracker is for your Baltimore Orioles tickets. The tracker is an excel template, and comes populated with the 2026 home schedule.

WHAT IT DOES
Tracks the games you attend and the tickets you transfer, exchange, donate or resell.
Games can be assigned to one or more ticket holders.

HOW IT WORKS
Type in green cells.

3-STEP SET UP
1. Enter your name, seats and ticket holders
2. Enter your games
3. Assign tickets to ticket holders

WHAT YOU GET
1. Cost breakdown: your total costs; other ticket holder costs; donated and gifted tickets; unassigned tickets.
2. Tracking: tickets sent; cash received.
3. Statistics for each ticket holder: opponents, divisions, day-of-week, start times, etc.; select for game type to include in statistics.
4. Invoicing: transparent; itemized; formatted to print.

DETAILS:
1. Tracker runs on Microsoft Excel 2021 or newer.
2. Track whole games, individual tickets and exchanged tickets.
3. Exchanged tickets are tracked on a one-to-one basis. Purchase cost of alternate tickets can differ from exchanged tickets. Exchange credits can be turned on or off.
4. Option to track more than one ticket package, in the same tracker, available through the custom listing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1851235356/custom-season-tickets-tracker
5. Track additional tickets purchased outside of your contract.
6. Track up to 10 seats per ticket package.
7. Track up to 13 ticket holders including: you, the secondary market, donated tickets, and 10 others of your choosing.
8. The tracker is confined to the league your team plays in. Why? Because the statistics tab tracks which opponents, which is limited to the teams in your league.
9. The tracker is confined to the season of the home schedule provided. Why? Because all tracked data, including dates, are verified and finite.
10. Colors cannot be changed. Why? Because cells are color coded.
