Yes, to ensure that your painting arrives intact, we ship all artwork rolled (unframed/unstretched) in a protective plastic/cardboard tube. This method is 100% safe and when the painting is stretched onto the wooden frame, it will return to its original flat state.

What is the return policy?

If the artwork does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within thirty days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
