When Will My Order Ship?

Your jewellery will be handmade to order, current production time is up to 5 working days. This does not include Saturday or Sunday. For example, if you place an order on a Monday, it will be ready to ship by Monday the following week, at the latest.

Once made, all UK orders are posted 1st class with Royal Mail which takes 1-2 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to Signed For delivery once you reach the checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you have chosen tracked shipping you will be able to follow a link to the tracked information from the order page, once it has been dispatched.

Shipping is combined so you will only pay one P&P no matter how many pieces you order.

Please note that all jewellery is new or made to order, earrings have never been worn. How to look after your jewellery - sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time, the best way to slow down the tarnishing is to keep it in a little air tight plastic bag when not being worn. To bring back the shine use a silver polishing cloth or silver dip.
