These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Summon The JSON. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.


2. Right of Withdrawal
EU buyers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item(s). To withdraw, buyers must contact us through the Etsy Messaging System or by email at contact@summonthejson.com.

Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for withdrawal, including:

Custom-made or personalized items

Digital downloads or products once the file has been accessed

Items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings) if unsealed after delivery




3. Return Process



Once we are notified, we will provide return instructions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or not as described.

Returned items must be in their original condition.


4. Refunds
