Which products can I customize?

We offer free engraving up to 10 characters inside rings and up to 20 characters on the backside of necklaces. Please note, some models may not be suitable for engraving. Moreover, all silver products can be custom-made in 10K, 14K, or 18K gold upon request. Feel free to contact us for pricing details.

What's your exchange and return policy?

Selecting the correct ring size is the customer's responsibility. Unless there's a production error, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All shipping and customs charges arising from returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Are the products waterproof and weather-resistant?

Our 925 Sterling Silver products are very durable and designed to last. However, prolonged exposure to water, such as swimming, showering, or gym workouts, isn't recommended. Plated collections are more sensitive compared to oxidized silver and require gentle handling to prevent damage. Plated products are not covered by warranty. The durability of the plating varies depending on personal usage and care.
