I love creating custom orders! If you would like a custom order please message me. I require 50% non refundable deposit before I start your custom order, then when completed I require the remaining balance to be paid before shipping your item.

What happens if my package is lost or returned?

Once the package is no longer in my possession I am not responsible for it. If it is lost you will have to file a lost claim with the shipping company who lost it. They usually are able to locate it when you do so. If a package is returned for some reason, then the buyer is responsible to pay to have it reshipped.
