Delivery Policy

Production time varies, the dates are displayed on Etsy, and I do my best to dispatch in these times. I will let you know, if for any reason something happens and I cannot do this, and you can cancel for a refund in full, if the new dispatch date is not suitable.
Etsy notifies you on dispatch.
La Poste's expected postal delivery times:
France: 2-5 business days
EU: 5-7 business days
Rest of the World: 6 - 15 business days
I add additional days onto these to cover unexpected delays due to public holidays, busy periods, or disruption to services through adverse weather, strikes or catastrophic events.
International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods shall be:
- 30 days from posting for delivery within EU
- 60 days from posting for delivery outside the EU
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order. Because of seller protection rules we will only ship to the address on the order. If a different address is requested after order, I will unfortunately have to cancel the order and start again.

Terms and Conditions
All our consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to French laws and EU regulations, including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Right to Cancel:
----------------------
The customer may cancel for any reason from date of order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer. You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Conversations. I would prefer you to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You may use the Cancellation Form provided but it is not essential.
For cancellations I will refund the order value (including shipping of the item to customer), within 14 days of cancellation where goods have not yet been despatched or within 14 days of us receiving returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.
If goods are cancelled after posting to customer, you may refuse delivery and the delivery service will return to sender but this method will take longer and tracking may not update. It is advisable therefore to accept the package and return to sender using a tracked method.
Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in original condition, taking care to package carefully to prevent damage.
Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads or e-mailed files.
For international returns from outside France please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form. I cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

When the contract is formed

This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.
