Vintage yellow rustic wood folding or zig-zag ruler made in Germany with brass hinges and lovingly aged two meters long in working order very Industrial Primitive perfect for the carpenter or woodworker or handyperson in your life. These rulers were invented long ago because they are easy to store. It is actually in fine vintage condition with numbers and markings clearly marked and the wood and edges in fine form with no chips to it. As well, the paint is still vibrant with just enough fadage to recognize its vintage nature. It is marked "Garantiert [guaranteed] Weissbuche" and "Gelenke Olen", which translates as "lubricated joints".

It unfolds to 2 meters long total.

Book arrived two days after the original estimate. Don't know why Canada Post has to route everything through Toronto first! The book is great! Read this book back in the 70's and enjoyed it so much I had a poster made from a blow up of the cover. Time and attrition took both so I'm glad to be able to read it again and replace it in my collection. Thanks Franz66!
