This is a very nice bag. The size works for me because the smaller crossbody bags do not hold enough. The leather is soft and good quality. While at first I was concerned it would easily mark, honestly, that is no longer a concern. Oil will take care of that. Customer service provided answers to my inquiries. I asked about the type of leather since it was important for me. The answer given was “full grain/genuine leather”. Still confused how it can be both. The delivery took the amount of time indicated on the site. It will be shipped from Germany.

Thanks for the review. Sorry for any confusion but I can confirm that the item in question is indeed made from full grain leather. Full grain leather is a much higher quality leather than ‘genuine’ leather. The difference between the two grades is significant. Full grain is made using the entire animal hide, making it durable, attractive with its unique markings, and long-lasting. Genuine leather, on the other hand, can be made by sewing leather scraps and plastic together. Glad you love your new crossbody!
