These very fashionable Victorian "Tea Length" Fingerless Gloves were Crocheted using Herriot 100% Baby Alpaca Yarn in a Dark Chocolate Brown. They were crocheted in an open weave pattern which gives each glove a lacy, feminine look. Each glove is completed with a ruffled edging to enhance their beauty; the ruffles are accented with ruffled Antique White Lace. The Gloves measure 9" from the top of the Glove to the bottom below the wrist.

The Gloves were made to fit a Small - Medium sized Woman's hand.

The History of "Fingerless Gloves" goes back to the 18th Century when fashionable Victorian ladies would never been seen without wearing gloves. They would wear them to an afternoon tea or were quite fashionable while attending the Opera.
