✨Processing✨
- Processing time for ready to ship items is currently 1 business day.
- Processing time for made to order items is 1-2 weeks. This allows me to get more yarn shipped to me if I am out of stock of the colors you request.
- If you need your plushie by a certain date, reach out to me so I can confirm with you the turnaround time for your order.

✨Shipping✨
- All orders are shipped in boxes to prevent damage during shipping.
- If purchasing a ready-to-ship item along with a made-to-order item from my shop, please be advised that your order will not ship out until the made-to-order item is complete.

✨Personalization✨
- If ordering a ready to ship plushie, please write “n/a” or something similar in the personalization section.
- Any plushie marked with “ready to ship” or “rts” is not able to be personalized.
- Let me know which colors you would like for your plushie. The colors shown in the listing images are the colors I regularly have on hand, but other options are available upon request! Colors may vary slightly to what they look like on your screen.
- Let me know if you would like safety eyes or embroidered eyes. Safety eyes are not recommended for plushies intended for young children.

✨Care Instructions✨
- Due to the materials used, machine washing and/or drying are not advised.
- Spot-clean only with a mild soap and allow ample time to air dry.

✨Safety Note✨
- Most plushies I crochet include plastic safety eyes, which are a choking hazard for children aged 3 and under.
- If you would like a plushie that has embroidered eyes instead, ensure you purchase the custom option or reach out to me if a custom option is not listed.

- As these are handmade, the final size may vary based on yarn choice, tension, and the amount of filling used. This just makes each plushie all the more unique!
