About this item

This guitar is like nothing you've ever played before. Breaking the conventional rules of guitar making, this new concept for neck and body construction has produced the unicorn of guitars.

With an ergonomic neck that enables you to play for hours with less hand fatigue, the riches wide tone you've ever heard, and beautifully long sustain, this guitar is the well-rounded powerhouse of electric guitars.

The neck is made from Bloodwood and the body is made from Cypress. These two woods work in perfect unison to give the long resonance and rich tone you expect from the world class guitar.

The guitar showed up like it was wrapped in cardboard by a 6 yr old.. straight out of the case.. it looked like some 1 sabotaged it.. the neck was cracked.. the nut wasn't even glued into place... Strings were hanging over the fretboard.. no action or intonation what so ever.. the neck is like grabbing onto a baseball bat.. hugely disappointed

Response from David Poston

I'm sorry that you had this experience. The guitar was in perfect working order when it was shipped. Based on the photos you provided, the damage to the headstock appears consistent with the instrument being dropped. The strings becoming loose and nut being displaced would be expected as the headstock was nearly snapped off. Because you live outside the USA, it’s possible the damage occurred during a customs inspection, or it may have happened after the package was delivered. Unfortunately, I can’t determine exactly when the impact occurred. I was prepared to work with you on a solution, but before we could discuss options you sent a number of angry messages and asked me not to contact you. I’ve respected that request. If you change your mind and would like to revisit the issue, I’m still willing to help.
