How long does it take to process and ship orders?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2 -3 weeks to make and 3-5 working days for shipping.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all of our jewelry pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that for returns or exchanges that are unrelated to jewelry quality issues, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the jewelry's paid amount for returns and 20% for exchanges. Upon receiving the returned jewelry, we will refund the remaining balance to you. Please note that full eternity bands, customized jewelry, engraved jewelry, and rings with a US size over 10 are not eligible for return or exchange.

What should I do if the jewelry I received is defective?

If you receive a defective piece of jewelry, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be through a replacement or a full refund. Defective jewelry returns will not be subject to the restocking fees mentioned above.

How do I care for my handmade jewelry?

To keep your handmade jewelry looking its best, we recommend storing it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Regularly clean your jewelry using a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposing it to excessive heat, water, or harsh chemicals to prevent tarnishing or damage.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. If you initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel it for free. However, if you request a cancellation after 24 hours, we need to charge a 10% restocking fee of the jewelry's value as a replenishment fee.

What's your warranty?

We provide a one-year warranty. For any quality issues with the ring within one year, we offer free repair services.
