Will You Ship My Purchase to me?

I do not sell any physical items so nothing will be shipped to you. You will be buying digital files only. I sell seamless patterns and clipart graphic files in JPG and PNG file formats that will be immediately available to you after purchase.

How do I Download My Files After Purchase?

Your files will be available to download immediately after your payment has been confirmed. Please note that you cannot download digital files via the Etsy app. Please use the web browser on your computer or other mobile device: Go to your account > Purchases and Reviews Find your order and click Download Files You’ll be taken to the Downloads page for all the files associated with your order Make a note of where on your device/computer your purchase is downloading to 📌 Please Note: Due to file size limitations on Etsy, some of my products will need to be downloaded via Google Drive or other cloud storage service. You will get instructions for downloading those file via a PDF immediately available to you after your payment is confirmed.

Can I Get a Refund on Digital Products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not offer refunds/or exchanges once files have been downloaded. Please note this is also an Etsy policy. However, if you experience any issues, please message me. I’m always happy to help if I can.

What File Format Will I Receive?

You will find the file type for each product, in the description. Most of my products are either JPG, PDF or PNG. Some products will be in a ZIP format. This is a compression file for products that contain a high number of files.

I Can’t Find My File and/or I Can’t Open It.

First, make sure your file has finished downloading. Depending on your internet speed and how big the file is, it may take a few minutes to download. Some of my files will be in a ZIP format. This is a compression format so it makes it easier to download when there are several files in a purchase. It’s also good for compressing large size files. Please note, a ZIP file does not effect the quality of the design. If it's a ZIP file: Unzip it by double clicking on it if on your computer or by using built-in tools or free apps (like WinZip, 7-Zip, or The Unarchiver) If the file still won’t open or appears missing: Double-check your Downloads folder Contact me with your Order no. and I’ll be happy to help you

I Checked Out as a Guest. Where Do I Download my Files?

If you purchased as a guest, Etsy sends a download link to your email. This is the email address that you used when you signed up to Etsy. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from transaction@etsy.com with details on how to download your purchase.

Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

Yes, some of my products include a Limited Commercial Use Licence. Please note though some of my products are PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please be sure to see the product description for specific licence details for each product before you buy. In general though: ✅ Personal use ✅ Limited commercial use is allowed where the digital item is incorporated into a final design/product in a small, home business setting. ❌ Digital products, reselling “as is” or redistribution strictly prohibited ❌ You cannot share with family/friends etc. even for personal use Please see each product description for full details of my Limited Commercial Use Licence before buying.

Colours + Editing Files

My designs are created using RGB colour settings (digital). Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen/device to final print. This is due to different monitor/device and/or printer settings.Colours may also vary slightly depending on what substrate you use for printing. I advise doing a test print before you work on your final project. Size - All my products have been designed at specific sizes according to their intended end use and for best quality when being printed. I do not recommend resizing UP as this will affect the quality. Colour - I do not allow editing of my files including changing the colours. If you need a background colour change on a seamless file, please get in touch. I'll do those for free.
