Start decluttering without committing to a whole room. The Tiny Zone Reset is an ADHD-friendly printable declutter timer system with 100 bounded missions organized by room, energy, and 5-, 10-, or 20-minute time blocks.

Instead of giving you another large cleaning schedule, this low-friction system helps you choose one tiny physical zone, complete one concrete action, stop when the timer rings, and record the win in seconds.

WHY THIS FEELS DIFFERENT
• Timer-first: the bell—not the room—defines the finish line.
• Tiny physical zones: one shelf, one chair, half a counter, one drawer.
• Energy-aware choices: Soft Start, Steady Reset, or Focus Flow.
• 100 specific missions: no vague “organize the bedroom” prompts.
• Built-in rescue cues: every mission card includes an “If You Get Stuck” action.
• Permission to stop: continuation is optional when the timer ends.
• Decision-free mode: draw cards, use a random number, or roll dice.

FAQ

Is this a cleaning planner?
No. The core interaction is zone + energy + timer + one bounded mission + permission to stop. Calendars and long daily checklists are intentionally excluded.

Do I have to print all 34 pages?
No. Start with START HERE and one room page, or print only the family card you want.

What if I have almost no energy?
Use Soft Start missions or the five-minute Soft Start Rescue. You can also downgrade any mission while keeping the original timer.

What happens if the room is still messy?
The session is complete when the timer rings. Use the 60-second landing sequence, mark the win, and return later only if you choose.

Can I use it on a tablet?
Yes. Import the tablet PDF into a compatible annotation app. The app and stylus are not included.

Are the cards pre-cut and mailed?
No. This is a digital download. You print and cut the cards yourself.

Can I get a refund?
Digital purchase policies depend on the shop and applicable law. Ask buyers to contact the shop promptly if they experience a file or download problem.
