All items will be shipped EVERY FRIDAYS (cutoff Wednesday 12PM PST).

USA - via USPS. Please note: USPS Priority remains a NON-GUARANTEE service!!

We cannot control the transit times of Canada Post/USPS and lost or stolen packages. Please leave enough time BEFORE your party for your items to arrive. REFUNDS will NOT be provided if your order does NOT arrive in time for your event.

To minimize delays by postal carriers, please place your orders at least 2 WEEKS in advance. It is still up to you for choosing the right shipping service that gets it there in time.

PLEASE let us know your event date in the "notes to seller box" upon checkout so that we can try and make sure the package arrives within the timeframe.

Tracking number can be found on your shipping notification.

If your item says delivered and you have not received it, please consult with your neighbours and your postal company first. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says).

On occasion, packages are lost or stolen in transit. We cannot be liable for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier. Unless you have opted to insure these packages, we are not responsible for any refunds on lost/stolen packages.

Items are shipped in a stamped mailer and dropped off at a mailbox. NO TRACKING & NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE. NO refunds on lost packages.

Please double check your mailing address is correct before you submit your order. Once the package has left, it is too late to make changes. If the package is returned by the carrier, customer is responsible to pay return shipping charges.

We accept cancellations within 1 HOUR of purchase only PST. Once you passed this period, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

All items, including sales items are NOT eligible for returns, refunds nor exchanges unless it's defective.

If you live in Vancouver, BC or surrounding areas and would like to bypass the shipping charges, we can possibly arrange for a pick up of your order. Please contact us first before submitting the order.
