I cannot say enough good things about working with this seller. This was a custom item for my father who is very very picky. He is also over 80 and wanted a bag for his ipad. He wanted big zipper pulls, he wanted contrasting zippers (sight issues), he wanted more pockets, he wanted easy to open. They did everything I asked. They were easy to work with. Professional, on top of things. It is perfect!
