Sometimes pottery breaks in shipment, no matter how well it is packed. All broken items will replaced at no cost to the customer if all of these steps are taken:

1. Notify me within 5 days from the date of delivery.
2. Send photos of the outer box, the packing and the broken item with the notification.
3. Hold on to the items and packaging in case the shipper wants to inspect them.

I will send images of possible replacement pieces, but because the custom nature of product some replacements may have to be made from scratch and require up to 8 weeks for delivery. Understand that no one is more sorry than me and anything that comes up will be handled as quickly as possible.

I've been searching for a new coffee mug for a while and was having a hard time finding one large enough to accommodate a V60 pour over funnel with room to make a 16oz drink. This mug is perfect and we lovingly call it the medieval Raktajino mug.
