My Order hasn't arrived - what do i do ?

We are shipping items across the globe and there can be hold ups, and parcels can occasionaly get lost . First thing to do is get in touch with us, and let us know that you're order has not arrived within the expected time frame, we can then take the appropriate action to resolve the matter speedily . All international orders are fully tracked, and orders in the UK are dispatched through a high volume business account, as such they are assigned a location tracking service. Orders over 50GBP will be tracked for free. You receive an automated email with your tracking number, you can click it to follow progress.

My order is incorrect, there are parts missing

If your order is missing parts, or contains something that you didn't order. Please get in touch with us right away. We have a very busy warehouse, and whilst we take every care to ensure that orders are packed correctly,sometimes human error takes over and we make a mistake. We will put it right as quickly as we can - you call call us on 017892 290844 or email through your invoice page.

How do I look after my brass ? For antiqued finished brass, simply use a damp cloth to clean the surface. No chemicals required and certainly no buffing, unless you want to remove the antique surface. For bright polished brass - this is high polished brass in it's raw form, it will oxidise over time and dull slightly. Brass can be brought back to life with an off the shelf brass polisher such as Brasso, and a bit of elbow grease. Brass is not like silver ! You won't need to polish it very often and it will retain it's shine for a long period of time ..

All hardware is made to the same colour match. Some of our photos are newer and have been taken in a studio whilst some are still to be updated. Please see our instagram page to get a real world feel for the colour of our hardware. It's a beautiful antiqued patina. Not to dark and not to light, it's designed to look just right and all hardware is un lacquered.

We have a choice of 3-5 small latches and catches in our shop and you find the others by searching the latches sections or by typing latches in to the search bar.
