In many traditional cultures of the western world the hummingbird has powerful religious and spiritual significance. In the high Andes of South America, for example, the hummingbird is taken to be a symbol of resurrection. When it becomes our totem, the hummingbird teaches us to laugh, to appreciate the magic of being alive, and the truth of beauty. The hummingbird spirit animal symbolizes the enjoyment of life and lightness of being. Those who have the hummingbird as a totem are invited to enjoy the sweetness of life, lift up negativity wherever it creeps in and express love more fully in their daily endeavors.

My hummingbird has been decorated with a Celtic style knot of my own design.

This piece comes as either a pendant with a loop on the back to put on a cord or chain, or with a pin on the back to be worn as a brooch. It measures 5 cm by 4 cm.

I usually have your item in the mail within 2 business days. Items are shipped small packet. Delivery within Canada is usually 5-10 days. Delivery to the US is usually 7 - 10 days. Delivery to other international locations usually takes 2-3 weeks. Right now, with Covid, deliveries to Australia are taking 4-6 weeks! I support sustainability and reducing environmental impact wherever possible in my business. The bronze used in my pieces is formulated with approximately 10% tin and 90% copper. All of the copper used comes from recycled scrap copper. My silver pieces are cast from reclaimed silver.
The cardboard, foam, and zip lock bags used in packaging my pieces for shipping are all reclaimed.
I am enrolled in the Lucid system in Germany ( #DE5683538432755) to insure the shipping materials I use to ship to Germany are dealt with in Germany.
