Pale grey, storm cloud grey, black white, ivory or custom colour bridesmaid and flower girl tutu skirts, created from ribbons of tulle, each secured in layers to a waistband they are full and quite dense however due to the semi opaque nature of tulle a petticoat/slip for adults, tights or short cut leggings may be required under the tutu skirt for girls.
